The Process - We make it easy

1. Schedule A Free Roof Inspection

Scheduling your free roof inspection is as simple as a phone call. We will discuss the issues you have, and talk with you about your goals and needs. We understand that you are busy and that roofing issues rarely happen at a convenient time, so we will attempt to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. Call us today!

2. Inspection & Written Proposal

Unlike other companies, we will inspect your roof in person to ensure that we have a full scope of the work involved. From experience we know that a contractor must understand the entire scope of work to properly prepare for any eventuality. After the inspection we will prepare a written proposal that includes all options and submit it to you for approval.

3. Schedule Your Project

Once you have decided on materials and colors, we will schedule your project in a way that will impact your life as little as possible. We strive to make the experience one you will brag about to family and friends. Our goal is to get your home back in order quickly so that you can get back to your daily routine and relieve the stress that comes with roofing problems.

4. Project Commencement & Completion

Shortly before your project kicks off, we will gather and deliver all of the materials to your site. We will inventory all materials to ensure that we have everything we need to complete your project as quickly as possible. Obviously weather will factor into our scheduling, but once we begin, we will complete your project before moving on to the next.

The owner, the salesperson I had, the crews and the delivery company were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, dedicated to their work and completed the roofing job on my house without any delay. The salesman, Tracey and the owner took special care and extra time to insure that the roofing job was perfect and that all the damage was clearly marked for the insurance adjuster to inspect, because of the special attention to the details the roof job was approved and covered. All of my concerns were put to rest and my questions answered immediately because they have been doing this work for so many years. The crews worked non-stop for 1 1/2 days from the start of the job to the finished job. They cleaned up the area before they left on the first day and again when the job was completed (they did not consider it finished until they cleaned the yards, driveways and my gutters of debris. They repaired damage in the interior of my home caused by the leaks. This work required a professional painter who they use for these jobs, and I was very happy with his work also. It is perfect! I am so glad I picked this company to replace my roof. I would recommend this company and rate them as an A++. Definitely a 5 Star Business.
